The pulverizing disc is the core component of the machine. Our discs are made from high-quality tool steel (D2 or SKD11) and offer excellent wear resistance and durability. Each disc is precisely balanced and hardened for maximum stability and minimal downtime.
The machine is designed with ease of use as a priority. Thanks to its modular construction, operators can clean or replace essential components such as the crushing disc and sieve grate within minutes.
An effective cooling system is essential. Our machines are equipped with a dual cooling system – water and air cooling – for efficient temperature control, preventing material degradation during the molding of PVC.

The RTM-PV series is designed for PVC, including rigid PVC (e.g., profiles/pipes) and soft PVC (e.g., cable sheaths). Depending on your material and requirements, we can customize the configuration (sieve, disc, cooling) on this machine.
The capacity is material- and fineness-dependent. Reference values on this page: RTM-PV500 150–200 kg/u, RTM-PV600 200–450 kg/u, and RTM-PV800 500–800 kg/u.

PVC is susceptible to thermal development. The RTM-PV series is designed with an efficient cooling system and stable process control to maintain temperatures under control. For challenging materials, we recommend a suitable cooling solution based on your recipe and desired fineness.
Regular inspection of the pulverizing disc, the sieve grid, and the cooling system is sufficient for stable performance. Thanks to the modular design, periodic maintenance can be carried out quickly.
